Admissions

Admissions are in progress for the Academic Year 2025-26

Pre-KG: The child should have completed 2.5 years as on 01-June of the School Year
LKG: The child should have completed 3.5 years as on 01-June of the School Year
UKG: The child should have completed 4.5 years as on 01-June of the School Year
Grade 1: The child should have completed 5.5 years as on 01-June of the School Year

Passport Size Photos of the Student (4 recent photos)
Passport Size photos of both the parents. (2 recent photos each)
Aadhaar Card Photocopy. (Father, Mother & Child)
Blood Test Report of the student.
Birth Certificate Photocopy.
Bonafide Certificate up to Grade 1.
Report Card Photocopy.
Caste Certificate. (If applicable)
Original Leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate from Grade II onwards. (Compulsory document)
Bank Account Details (Bank Account Number, Branch Name, and IFSC Code) of any parent. If eligible for the Ammavodi Scheme, the mother’s bank details are preferred.

Availability: We have a strict policy of enrolling 30 students in a classroom. Seats are subject to the number of vacancies in each grade.
Level Readiness Check (LRC): For all students seeking admission, an LRC assessment is conducted. Student performance in the LRC is not a criterion for admission but is used to establish a baseline that both school and parents agree to measure the child’s progress.
Confirmation of seat: The filling up of Admission form does not guarantee admission. The admission fee and first term fees have to be fully paid for a confirmed admission.
First Come, First Serve: At Sattva, admission is strictly on who confirms the seat by completing the process in #3. The school does not entertain any recommendations for admission or fee discounts.
Fee Discount: The school has a strict policy of one fee for all parents. We will not entertain requests or recommendations for discounts. Violation of this rule will result in automatic denial or termination of admission.
